"Not Really Like the Description"
I ordered something from superstar.com and honestly... it was different from what they described. The size felt off, the color wasn’t what I expected, and even the material seemed different from the photos and details they had listed. I double-checked everything before ordering too, so that made it even more frustrating. I don’t think I’d trust their product descriptions again.

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
I ordered from superstar.com the product felt cheap as soon as I opened it. I can’t even remember if it broke after the second or third time I used it, but it definitely wasn’t long. For the price, I expected way better. Disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Support basically left me hanging"
I reached out to support and it felt like I was waiting forever just to get a real answer. When they finally replied, it was mostly stuff like “we’re looking into it” or “thanks for your patience,” but nothing actually got fixed. I don’t mind waiting a bit if there’s progress, but this just felt like being brushed off.

I was disappointed with the site. It felt confusing to navigate, and everything loaded so slowly that it became frustrating really fast. I expected it to be a lot smoother

"Not really worth it"
I felt like I paid way too much. For what I got, it was just okay. Basic service. Nothing special. I expected more because of the price.
There are cheaper options out there. Some do the same thing. Maybe even more. I probably wouldn’t use SuperStar.com again unless the price drops a lot.

"My first impression of superstar.com wasn’t good..."
My first impression of superstar.com wasn’t good. Right away, the site felt kind of confusing, and I kept thinking maybe I was missing something. I didn’t end up getting what I expected, and when I reached out to support, it felt like I was just being sent in circles instead of actually getting help. Maybe other people have a better experience with it, but for me it was frustrating from the start and not really worth the time. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered from superstar.com the delivery was way slower than I expected. I didn’t get clear updates for days, so I was just left wondering, where is my order even at? The product might be fine, but who wants to wait around that long with no real info? If I needed something quickly, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not what I expected from the ordering process"
I expected checkout to be quick and simple, but it turned into a hassle. It kept failing every time I tried to place the order, and after a few attempts it got really frustrating. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for.

"For some reason, I just didn’t trust it"
I checked out superstar.com, and for some reason it just didn’t sit right with me. The site didn’t really give me that “okay, this is legit” feeling.
There wasn’t much clear info, and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my personal details or payment stuff. Maybe other people have had a fine experience, but I couldn’t shake the bad vibe.
I ended up leaving without buying anything. For me, there were just too many trust issues, so I don’t think I’d use the site again.

"Delivery was a mess and felt a bit shady"
I ordered from SuperStar.com and the whole delivery process was frustrating. The delivery date kept changing, the tracking barely updated, and then it suddenly said “delivered” even though nothing had shown up. I had to keep chasing support, and it still took days to get sorted. I also started wondering if there were some hidden fees or extra charges baked in somewhere, because the whole order didn’t feel very transparent. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"I got irritated fast with the pricing..."
I got irritated fast with the pricing. It looked cheap at first, but then extra charges started showing up once I clicked around. I don’t have the patience for that kind of guessing game. Just show me the actual full price upfront before I sign up.

I tried to cancel and ask for a refund, but I just kept getting bounced around and had to wait forever. I still don’t really have a clear answer... it was super frustrating. I won’t be using it again.

"Problem never really got sorted"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support a few different times. They kept telling me they’d look into it, nothing really ever changed. Most of the replies felt like the same copy-and-paste message over and over. I ended up having to figure it out on my own, which was frustrating and definitely not what I expected from superstar.com.
